Changelog

v28.0.0

Additions

  • pages/woningpas/epc-renovatieverplichting, pages/gebouwenpas/epc-renovatieverplichting - A new energy overview page has been added for both Woningpas and Gebouwenpas, bringing together the current energy label, the renovation obligations and label targets over time, the advice that follows from the EPC, support options and an overview of available grants.
  • components/renovation-obligation-summary - A new dashboard section summarises the renovation obligation with a title, intro text, the label timeline and a steps block with renovation works, Energiehuis support and EPC follow-up.
  • pages/gebouwenpas/renovatieverplichting-overzicht-epc-gekend-in-orde - A new "in orde" variant of the Gebouwenpas renovation-obligation page for a unit, shown when the unit already complies: the renovation-obligation-after-transfer banner in its in-orde state, a warning that a minimal energy label applies even without transfer, and a status overview where the minimal energy label and the full measures package — roof insulation, glazing, central space-heating generators and cooling generators — are all in order.
  • components/renovatieverplichting-banner - A new banner component for the renovation obligation after transfer, with seven states (Niet conform, Niet conform voor een gebouweenheid, Te laat, Van toepassing bij overdracht, In orde, In orde voor een gebouweenheid, Niet van toepassing) showing the current and target energy labels or a status icon, a conformity label and explanatory text.
  • components/tag - A new tag component has been added: a small bordered keyword chip used to label an item, wrapping onto multiple lines when several are shown next to each other.
  • components/tag-editor - A new tag-editor component has been added for assigning tags to an item: a search field that filters the existing tags and lets a term that is not in the list yet be added as a new tag, one at a time, a list of the existing tags as checkboxes with the item's active tags pre-selected, and Annuleren and Opslaan actions to confirm or discard the selection. Tags can be selected and deselected but never deleted, and only tags that are already in use are listed. The panel has no trigger of its own — it is positioned by the component that opens it — and its open state is a class, so opening and closing it is left to the application.
  • components/report-tile - A new report-tile component has been added: a card showing a theme's icon, its title and the subjects a report covers, with a "Genereer rapport" action at the bottom, used to build the Rapporten overview.
  • pages/gebouwenpas/rapporten-empty - A new Rapporten empty state has been added to the Gebouwenpas dashboard, presenting the report themes a user can generate — Aandachtspunten, Energetische prestaties and Bodeminformatie — each as a tile in a list, showing the subjects it covers with a "Genereer rapport" action.
  • pages/gebouwenpas/rapporten - A new Rapporten overview has been added, shown once at least one report has been generated: a tile per report showing the building it covers and when it was created, with the number of generated reports shown as a count on the Rapporten tab.
  • pages/gebouwenpas/genereer-rapport-stap-1 - A new "Genereer rapport" wizard has been added to the Gebouwenpas, opening on the first step where the user picks which report to generate — Aandachtspunten, Bodeminformatie or Energetische prestaties — from selectable theme tiles, with a step indicator across the top and Annuleren and Volgende actions beneath.
  • pages/gebouwenpas/genereer-rapport-stap-2-gebouwen - The building-selection step of the "Genereer rapport" wizard has been added, letting the user narrow the list by gemeente, aard van het goed and tags and tick the buildings to report on in a selectable table with expandable eenheden, alongside the sources and per-page pagination.
  • pages/gebouwenpas/genereer-rapport-stap-2-percelen - The parcel-selection step of the "Genereer rapport" wizard has been added as the counterpart to the building step, letting the user narrow the list by gemeente, bebouwing and tags and tick the parcels to report on in a selectable table whose Adres, Grondoppervlakte and Tags columns and expandable buildings are tailored to parcels, alongside the sources and per-page pagination.
  • pages/gebouwenpas/genereer-rapport-stap-3 - The confirmation step of the "Genereer rapport" wizard has been added, reading back the chosen report type and the selected buildings or parcels, letting the user name the report before generating it, and noting that a report is usually available within 24 hours.

Modifications

  • pages/woningpas/dashboard - The former "Mijn werken" block on the Woningpas dashboard has been replaced by the renovation-obligation summary, showing label targets and obligations instead of the renovation-works timeline.
  • pages/woningpas/dashboard, pages/gebouwenpas/dashboard-eenheid-epc, pages/gebouwenpas/dashboard-eenheid-no-epc - A new Renovatieverplichting status card (based on the topic-status component, with an arrow link) has been added to the Status grid across the Woningpas dashboards and the Gebouwenpas eenheid dashboards, with "in orde"/"niet in orde" states.
  • components/renovation-obligation-chart - The chart has been redesigned from a static image into a colour-coded label timeline that shows the current energy label, the renovation-obligation target, the minimal label requirement and the Flemish 2050 goal across the years, with explanatory info cards hanging beneath the relevant milestones and an optional black marker highlighting the current year on the timeline.
  • components/energie-house-banner - The banner now accepts an optional title, text, button label, button icon and image so it can be reused for other support messages, while keeping its original Energiehuis content as the default.
  • pages/woningpas/labelwetgeving-epc-woning - The Labelwetgeving page has been fully renewed: the former "Renovatieverplichting na overdracht" block is replaced by a "Verplichtingen voor het energielabel van deze woning" summary, the new components/renovatieverplichting-banner, and a "Wat kunt u doen om de energiedoelstellingen te halen?" section combining advice, an EPC-aanvraag hint and the Energiehuis banner.
  • pages/woningpas/renovatiewerken - The Mijn werken page now opens with the existing components/renovatie-status summary, showing the current energy label, the energetic renovation works and the Vlaamse doelstelling on a single timeline. The component gained optional hideTitle and hideLink flags so its heading and "Details van mijn werken" link can be omitted when the page already provides them.
  • pages/gebouwenpas/renovatieverplichting-overzicht-epc-gekend - The Gebouwenpas renovation-obligation page for a unit has been reworked into the new slimme-renovatieverplichting layout (the "niet in orde" state): a "Verplichtingen voor het energielabel van deze eenheid" summary with the label timeline, the renovation-obligation-after-transfer banner, a warning that a minimal energy label applies even without transfer, the steps to comply (with a provincial "steunpunt duurzaam bouwen" advice banner), and a status overview listing the minimal energy label and the measures package — roof insulation, glazing, central space-heating generators and cooling generators — each with their compliance status.
  • components/collapse-table - The status column now supports an orange "Zelf te controleren" state, alongside the existing "In orde", "Niet in orde" and "Niet gekend" states, for obligations a user must verify themselves. The table also gained a compact layout that drops the middle description column and widens the status column, for overviews that only show a title and a status.
  • components/renovation-obligation-summary - The summary can now be rendered as its separate main and steps blocks in addition to the whole, and its wording and advice banner can be tailored per context (for example "eenheid" wording and a provincial support point for a Gebouwenpas unit).
  • pages/gebouwenpas/verplichtingen - The Verplichtingen overview is split into two sections: "Verplichtingen voor dit gebouw" for the obligations that apply (Minimaal energielabel with a green "in orde" badge and Renovatieverplichting with a red "niet in orde" badge, each with a target date) and "Mogelijke bijkomende verplichtingen voor dit gebouw" for those that may additionally apply, followed by a feedback banner. The components/verplichting card gained optional date, status and detailUrl fields, with the status badge now supporting a red "niet in orde" state alongside the green "in orde" one.
  • components/epc-bar - A simplified "current EPC" variant has been added that shows only the current energy label with a single annotation, now used in the current-label section of the Woningpas and Gebouwenpas renovation-obligation pages instead of the fully annotated bar.
  • pages/woningpas/epc-renovatieverplichting - Each colour-coded icon box in the energy-advice table now shows a status label (Helemaal niet in orde, Niet in orde, Voorlopig in orde, Zonne-energie, Aandachtspunt), so the energetic status of every item is explicit in text instead of being conveyed by colour alone.
  • components/update - The dismiss button is now a real button with an accessible name, so screen readers announce it and it can be reached with the keyboard.
  • components/sub-nav - The large sub-navigation can now show an optional badge next to a tab label — a red "Nieuw" badge or a coloured count badge — to draw attention to a new or updated section.
  • pages/gebouwenpas/keuzescherm-default-list - The property overview now announces the new cross-building reports in two places: components/update sits beneath the navigation explaining that a report of themes and obligations spanning multiple buildings can be requested, and a "Rapporten" tab carrying a red "Nieuw" badge has been added to the top navigation.
  • components/table - The buildings table can now show an optional Tags column: keyword chips that wrap within the cell, followed by a pencil to edit them — visible after the tags when present, and appearing on hover when the cell is empty.
  • pages/gebouwenpas/keuzescherm-default-list - The buildings list view now shows the new Tags column in place of the building IDs, with sample tags and the edit affordance.
  • components/filter - The filter styles are now part of the Gebouwenpas bundle as well, where they were previously Woningpas-only.
  • components/table - The Tags column gained an editing state: the pencil beside the keyword chips opens components/tag-editor as a panel that overlays the rows beneath it, while the chips and the pencil stay in place so the row keeps its height and the surrounding rows do not shift. The state is available on both rows and sub-rows, each pre-selected with its own active tags out of the tag options passed to the table.
  • components/report-tile - The report-tile now also renders a generated report: given an address and a creation date instead of the subjects list, it shows the building it covers and when it was created, with an optional status that picks the action — "Bekijk rapport" when available, a disabled "Bezig met genereren rapport" while generating, and "Fout bij genereren rapport" on error.
  • components/report-tile - The tile can now be rendered as selectable for the report wizard: the "Genereer rapport" action is replaced by a checkbox in the top corner and the chosen tile is highlighted in blue, so a theme can be picked rather than acted on directly.
  • components/table - A selectable variant of the buildings table has been added for the report wizard: select-all and per-row checkboxes (including on the nested eenheden), read-only tags without the edit pencil, and Adres, Grondoppervlakte, Bouwjaar and Tags columns.
  • components/table - The selectable table now also serves the parcel-selection step: its columns adapt per row so a parcels view can drop the Bouwjaar column, and the buildings nested under a parcel are shown as read-only rows without their own checkbox.

Removals

v27.0.0

Additions

  • components/update - A new CTA variant has been added to the existing update component.
  • components/warmtepomp-bar - A new warmtepomp-bar component has been added to visualise where a home falls on the F–AA scale toward being heat-pump ready, with three label sections (Eerst isoleren, Hybride warmtepomp, Warmtepompklaar) and a positionable arrow indicator.
  • pages/woningpas/installaties-verwarming-detail-niet-warmtepompklaar - A new page has been added showing advice for homes that are not yet heat-pump ready, combining the 3-step efficient-heating intro with the full overview of heat-pump and warmtenet options.
  • pdf/warmtepompklaar - A new printable Warmtepompklaar report has been added (cover, table of contents, energie, energieverbruik, mijn werken, isolatie en beglazing, installaties, boringen voor geothermische warmtepomp and bronnen), intended as supporting documentation for the heat-pump installer.
  • components/buttons/general - Add new defaultAsLinkWithIconAfter button macro: anchor variant of a-button with the icon rendered after the text.
  • pages/woningpas/doorverwijspagina - A new referral landing has been added where signed-in users pick between Woningpas (for their home or plot) and Gebouwenpas (for shared parts and non-residential buildings) before proceeding.
  • pages/woningpas/home-redesign, pages/gebouwenpas/home-redesign - A redesigned home landing has been added for both Woningpas and Gebouwenpas, with an updated hero, an overview of the information you can find, use-case cards explaining when to consult the platform, an advice card and a closing call-to-action section.
  • components/sub-navigation - A new sub-navigation component has been added: a tabbed strip that sits directly below the global header with an optional right-aligned back-link, and a stacked layout on smaller screens.

Modifications

  • pages/woningpas/wp-centraal-advies - The warmtepomp-bar has been added to the central advice page so users see their heat-pump readiness alongside their other renovation advice.
  • components/melding-collapsible - A chevron indicator has been added to the melding-collapsible component, pointing down when the card is collapsed and up when its body content is shown.
  • components/alert - Paragraph and list spacing inside the alert body has been tightened, and bulleted lists are now indented so the bullets sit inside the content area instead of overflowing to the left.
  • pages/woningpas/installaties-verwarming-detail-warmtepompklaar-redesign - The two static state snapshots have been consolidated into a single interactive page where each warmtepomp option expands or collapses on its own. The first option opens by default; the others can be opened by clicking their Toon meer informatie button.
  • components/heatpump-option - Open and close behaviour is now driven by the existing collapse interaction. The toggle button stays visible in both states and its chevron rotates to reflect whether the block is open or closed.
  • components/heatpump-option - The "Type en werking" tab now wraps the image below the description on narrower viewports instead of squeezing the text into an unreadable column.
  • components/energiehuis-block - The openingsuren table is now wrapped in a region landmark with a visually-hidden "Openingsuren" heading, so screen-reader users get context for what the day-and-hour list represents.
  • components/alerts - The alert title is now rendered as an <h4> instead of a styled paragraph, so screen-reader users hear a proper heading. Visuals are unchanged.
  • components/collapse - Open and close transitions are now CSS-driven using grid-template-rows, removing the JS height measurement and end-of-animation snap. Collapses are smoother and aria-expanded is kept in sync for screen-reader users.
